Rules for booking cancellations and refund processing.

1. Scope

This policy defines cancellation, refund, and reimbursement processes for appointments created through BiMakas.

2. User-Initiated Cancellation

  • Users can submit a cancellation request through the app before the appointment time.
  • The refund rate may vary depending on the remaining time before the appointment.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, refunds may be partially or fully denied.

3. Provider-Initiated Cancellation

In cancellations caused by the provider, if payment has been collected, the refund process is initiated with priority.

4. Technical or System-Related Cancellations

For transactions that cannot be completed due to technical reasons, the case is reviewed; refunds are applied when required.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment.
  • Approved refunds may take approximately 3-10 business days to appear on the card/bank account, depending on the bank.

6. Cash Payment Scenarios

For appointments with cash payment options, depending on the nature of the refund flow, field collection/cancellation records may be used instead of in-app refunds.

1. Kapsam

Bu politika, BiMakas uzerinden olusturulan randevularin iptal, iade ve odeme iade sureclerini tanimlar.

2. Kullanici Tarafli Iptal

  • Kullanici, randevu saatinden once uygulama uzerinden iptal talebi olusturabilir.
  • Iade orani, randevuya kalan sureye gore degisebilir.
  • Randevu saatine 24 saatten az kala yapilan iptallerde iade kismen veya tamamen reddedilebilir.

3. Berber/Saglayici Kaynakli Iptal

Saglayici kaynakli iptal durumunda, odeme alinmis ise iade sureci oncelikli baslatilir.

4. Teknik veya Sistemsel Iptaller

Teknik nedenlerle tamamlanamayan islemlerde durum incelemesi yapilir; gerekli ise iade uygulanir.

5. Iade Yontemi ve Suresi

  • Iadeler, odemenin yapildigi yonteme uygun sekilde gerceklestirilir.
  • Onaylanan iadelerin karta/banka hesabina yansimasi bankaya gore degiserek ortalama 3-10 is gunu surebilir.

6. Nakit Odeme Senaryolari

Nakit odeme secenekli randevularda iade akisinin niteligine gore uygulama ici iade yerine sahada tahsilat/iptal kayitlari esas alinabilir.
