Account Deletion and Data Requests

How users can request account deletion and data actions.

This document explains how user account deletion, data deletion, and data access requests are handled.

1. Account Deletion Request

Users can submit an account deletion request:

  • Through the profile/settings area in the app (if available), or
  • By emailing info@bimakas.com using their registered email address.

2. Effects After Deletion

After the account deletion process:

  • Access to the account is terminated.
  • Profile data and related content are deleted or anonymized, except where legal or technical obligations require retention.
  • Records required for ongoing legal/accounting obligations may be retained for the required period.

3. Data Access / Correction / Deletion Requests

Users may submit requests for:

  • Learning what data is stored
  • Correcting inaccurate data
  • Deleting specific data
  • Objecting to processing activities

4. Verification

For security reasons, account ownership may be verified before a request is processed.

5. Processing Timelines

Requests are finalized within a reasonable time, considering legal timelines and operational workload.

1. Hesap Silme Talebi

Kullanici, hesap silme talebini:

  • Uygulama icindeki profil/ayarlar alanindan (mevcutsa), veya
  • info@bimakas.com adresine kayitli e-postasi ile ulasarak

iletebilir.

2. Silme Sonrasi Etkiler

Hesap silme islemi sonrasinda:

  • Hesaba erisim sonlandirilir.
  • Profil verileri ve iliskili icerikler, mevzuat ve teknik zorunluluklar disinda silinir veya anonimlestirilir.
  • Devam eden yasal/muhasebesel yukumluluklar kapsamindaki kayitlar gerekli sure boyunca saklanabilir.

3. Veri Erisim / Duzeltme / Silme Talepleri

Kullanici asagidaki talepleri iletebilir:

  • Hangi verilerin tutuldugunu ogrenme
  • Yanlis verilerin duzeltilmesi
  • Belirli verilerin silinmesi
  • Isleme faaliyetlerine itiraz

4. Dogrulama

Guvenlik nedeniyle, talep isleme alinmadan once hesap sahipligi dogrulanabilir.

5. Sonuclanma Sureleri

Talepler, mevzuattaki sureler ve operasyonel yogunluk dikkate alinarak makul surede sonuclandirilir.
